Fusion<\/strong>, prin platforma sa de schimbare cultural\u0103 <strong>Papercuts<\/strong>a conceput un proiect curajos \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 precedent: <strong>Horror Vacui<\/strong>. \n\u00cen calitatea noastr\u0103 de agen\u021bie aleas\u0103 s\u0103 coordoneze \u00eentreaga comunicare a proiectului Horror Vacui, am recunoscut imediat at\u00e2t for\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i urgen\u021ba civic\u0103 din spatele acestei ini\u021biative. \u00cenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput, a fost evident c\u0103 nu era vorba doar despre un demers artistic \u2013 ci despre un <strong>act istoric de comemorare, recunoa\u0219tere \u0219i advocacy<\/strong>, care cerea o comunicare atent\u0103 dar \u0219i de impact.\nDesf\u0103\u0219urat \u00eentre <strong>15 \u0219i 22 februarie 2025<\/strong>, la <strong>Galeria de Art\u0103 Galateca<\/strong> din Bucure\u0219ti, Horror Vacui a devenit <strong>cea mai lung\u0103 reprezenta\u021bie de teatru continu\u0103 din lume<\/strong>: o reprezenta\u021bie de tip teatru dura\u021bional, 168 de ore non-stop, cu <a href=\"https:\/\/stirileprotv.ro\/stiri\/actualitate\/cel-mai-lung-eveniment-teatral-din-lume-va-avea-loc-la-bucuresti-sustinut-de-peste-500-de-actori.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>peste 500 de actori<\/strong><\/a>care au interpretat <strong>505 texte<\/strong> provenite din m\u0103rturii reale ale copiilor abandona\u021bi. \u00centreaga reprezenta\u021bie a fost transmis\u0103 <strong>ive pe YouTube<\/strong> 24\/7, fiind astfel accesibil\u0103 at\u00e2t fizic, c\u00e2t \u0219i digital, unui public larg.\nMai mult dec\u00e2t un eveniment teatral, Horror Vacui a ap\u0103rut ca un <strong>anifest pentru adev\u0103rul social<\/strong>\u2013 aduc\u00e2nd la lumin\u0103 unul dintre cele mai dureroase \u0219i ascunse capitole din istoria Rom\u00e2niei. Publicul a fost invitat nu doar s\u0103 asiste, ci s\u0103 se implice emo\u021bional \u0219i civic, cre\u00e2nd un spa\u021biu comun de comemorare, empatie \u0219i reflec\u021bie colectiv\u0103.\nDin perspectiva comunic\u0103rii, provocarea \u2013 dar \u0219i oportunitatea \u2013 au fost extraordinare: s\u0103 plas\u0103m  Horror Vacui dincolo de dimensiunea sa cultural\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eel pozi\u021bion\u0103m ca <strong>reper civic<\/strong>, capabil s\u0103 catalizeze dialogul public, aten\u021bie mediatic\u0103 \u0219i con\u0219tientizarea institu\u021bional\u0103 \u00een jurul traumei abandonului \u0219i a nevoii de recunoa\u0219tere.\n<h2><strong>cercetarea<\/strong><\/h2>\nAcest proiect ambi\u021bios a avut la baz\u0103 at\u00e2t <strong>\u00een\u021belegerea emo\u021bional\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i inteligen\u021b\u0103 strategic\u0103<\/strong>. Coloana vertebral\u0103 curatorial\u0103 a fost dezvoltat\u0103 \u00een colaborare cu <strong>Muzeul Abandonului<\/strong>, institu\u021bie care, \u00een ultimii patru ani, a colecta <strong>sute de m\u0103rturii<\/strong> \u2013 autentice, nefiltrate, pove\u0219ti reale ale celor abandona\u021bi sau institu\u021bionaliza\u021bi.\n\u00cen paralel, echipa de comunicare a analizat modul \u00een care este abordat\u0103 tema traumei institu\u021bionale \u0219i a nedrept\u0103\u021bilor istorice \u00een spa\u021biul public, \u00een special \u00een context cultural \u0219i mediatic.\nScopul a fost identificarea tonului \u0219i cadrului potrivit pentru un subiect cu o asemenea \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tur\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103. Acest demers a fundamentat o strategie de comunicare axat\u0103 pe empatie, autenticitate \u0219i rezonan\u021b\u0103 civic\u0103, evit\u00e2nd orice dramatizare dar amplific\u00e2nd, \u00een schimb, vocile celor direct afecta\u021bi.\n<h2><strong>planificarea<\/strong><\/h2>\nPlanificarea pentru Horror Vacui a \u00eenceput \u00een <strong>decembrie 2024<\/strong>, iar  demararea oficial\u0103 a campaniei de comunicare a avut loc pe <strong>20 Ianuarie 2025<\/strong>. \u00cen calitate de agen\u021bie responsabil\u0103 cu strategia, rolul nostru a fost s\u0103 construim un cadru care s\u0103 amplifice for\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i civic\u0103 a proiectului, asigur\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp vizibilitate na\u021bional\u0103.\nPrincipalele obiective au fost:\n<ul>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\">Cre\u0219terea nivelului de <strong>con\u0219tientizare public\u0103<\/strong> a istoriei Rom\u00e2niei privind abandonul copiilor;<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\">Crearea unui <strong>spa\u021biu cultural pentru dialog \u0219i reflec\u021bie<\/strong>;<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\">Pozi\u021bionarea reprezenta\u021biei at\u00e2t ca <strong>eveniment artistic record<\/strong>, c\u00e2t \u0219i ca <strong>factor declan\u0219ator pentru recunoa\u0219tere social\u0103<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nPlanul de comunicare a inclus:\n<ul>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Patru comunicate de pres\u0103 esen\u021biale<\/strong> marc\u00e2nd toate etapele majore ale proiectului (lansare, pre-eveniment, manifest, \u00eencheiere);<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\">Campanie activ\u0103 pe <strong>Facebook, Instagram \u0219i TikTok<\/strong>, cu post\u0103ri regulate menite s\u0103 informeze, s\u0103 implice \u0219i s\u0103 mobilizeze publicul \u2013 eviden\u021biind momente importante;<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Media relations<\/strong> care au generat <strong>26 de interviuri<\/strong> \u0219i o acoperire ampl\u0103 la nivel na\u021bional;<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"translation-block\">Coordonarea unei <strong>conferin\u021be de pres\u0103<\/strong> pentru lansarea manifestului \u201eCopiii uita\u021bi ai Rom\u00e2niei\u201d, pe 21 februarie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAm colaborat \u00eendeaproape cu echipa de produc\u021bie pentru a asigura con\u021binut de calitate, actualizat \u00een timp real, acces pentru pres\u0103 \u0219i coeren\u021b\u0103 a mesajului. Pe tot parcursul campaniei, accentul a r\u0103mas pe un storytelling respectuos, cu \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tur\u0103 emo\u021bional\u0103 \u2013 plas\u00e2nd memoria colectiv\u0103, vindecarea civic\u0103 \u0219i responsabilitatea cultural\u0103 \u00een centrul fiec\u0103rui demers de comunicare.\n<h2><strong>execu\u0163ia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<strong>Reprezenta\u021bia &amp; desf\u0103\u0219urarea eveniment:<\/strong>\n\nFrom <strong>\u00centre 15 \u0219i 22 februarie 2025<\/strong>, Horror Vacui s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat ca o experien\u021b\u0103 imersiv\u0103 non-stop la Galateca.
