Bacalaureat) sau cu impact redus (de ex. evaluarea curent\u0103 \u00een clas\u0103). Testele interna\u021bionale comparative \u00een educa\u021bie, precum PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS, ICCS, ICILS etc., utilizeaz\u0103 teste standardizate. Majoritatea testelor de admitere la universitate sunt teste standardizate. A\u0219adar, putem concluziona c\u0103 testarea standardizat\u0103 este folosit\u0103 pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 de toate acele sisteme care doresc s\u0103 asigure echitatea evalu\u0103rii \u0219i s\u0103 controleze erorile de evaluare tipice ale a\u0219a-numitei \u201eevalu\u0103ri clasice\u201d.<\/p><p>Totu\u0219i, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia auzim adesea expresii care eticheteaz\u0103 copiii: \u201eEste un elev de nota 10\u201d sau \u201eEste un elev de nota 4\u201d. Aceasta ridic\u0103 \u00eentrebarea: ce ar trebui s\u0103 conteze cu adev\u0103rat, notele sau cuno\u0219tin\u021bele? \u00cen cultura educa\u021bional\u0103 rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, notele sunt v\u0103zute drept v\u00e2rful progresului unui elev \u0219i dovada succesului unui profesor. \u00cens\u0103 putem vorbi cu adev\u0103rat despre \u201eprogres\u201d \u0219i \u201esucces\u201d \u00eentr-un sistem educa\u021bional \u00een care standardul de evaluare este subiectiv, aplicat neuniform \u0219i difer\u0103 de la o \u0219coal\u0103 la alta, de la urban la rural? R\u0103spunsul este c\u0103 evaluarea elevilor trebuie s\u0103 se fac\u0103 obiectiv, prin standarde uniforme de notare \u2014 singura modalitate de a ob\u021bine date relevante at\u00e2t la nivel individual (elev), c\u00e2t \u0219i la nivel macro (clase, \u0219coli, jude\u021be etc.).<\/p><p>Mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, pandemia ne-a ar\u0103tat nevoia de instrumente digitale \u00een absolut toate domeniile. \u00cen \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, metodele online au devenit, pentru elevi, p\u0103rin\u021bi \u0219i cadrele didactice, un debut menit s\u0103 \u00eenlocuiasc\u0103 cursurile fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103. Din diverse motive, nu toate acestea au fost de succes, iar schimb\u0103rile repetate au generat \u00een r\u00e2ndul publicului larg o atitudine destul de advers\u0103, alimentat\u0103 \u0219i de lipsa unor abilit\u0103\u021bi digitale func\u021bionale.<\/p><p>Astfel, testarea standardizat\u0103 printr-un instrument digital pe care o realizeaz\u0103 Brio a ap\u0103rut \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 neutr\u0103 a mentalit\u0103\u021bii colective rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. \u00cen general, pentru rom\u00e2ni, lucrurile noi despre care se \u0219tiu pu\u021bine detalii st\u00e2rnesc zvonuri \u0219i \u00eempart societatea \u00een dou\u0103 tabere: cei pro \u0219i cei contra.<\/p><p>Pe scurt, a\u0219a a \u00eenceput c\u0103l\u0103toria Brio, deschiderea unei pie\u021be noi \u0219i construirea unei categorii de produse p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci inexistente: teste educa\u021bionale digitale standardizate.<\/p><p>Chiar dac\u0103, \u00een prim\u0103vara anului 2020, Brio\u00ae era o platform\u0103 virtual\u0103 necunoscut\u0103, cu doar 12.000 de utilizatori, avea toate ingredientele succesului: un produs inteligent \u0219i modern, resursele pentru a atrage oamenii potrivi\u021bi care s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eel dezvolte, fondatori cu expertiz\u0103 \u00een educa\u021bie \u0219i o g\u00e2ndire \u201eout of the box\u201d, profesori deschi\u0219i la inova\u021bie \u0219i o popula\u021bie \u0219colar\u0103 deja familiarizat\u0103 cu tehnologia.<\/p><h2><strong>cercetarea<\/strong><\/h2><p>Potrivit unui raport Eurostat privind competen\u021bele digitale ale tinerilor din Europa (16-24 de ani), cei din Rom\u00e2nia se situeaz\u0103 pe ultimul loc \u00een UE. <b>Romania rank last in the EU<\/b>.<\/p><p>56% dintre ei au competen\u021be digitale de baz\u0103, comparativ cu media UE de 80%. Rom\u00e2nia ocup\u0103 ultimul loc \u0219i \u00een r\u00e2ndul \u00eentregii popula\u021bii, doar 10% dintre rom\u00e2ni av\u00e2nd competen\u021be digitale avansate (fa\u021b\u0103 de 33% media UE), iar 43% av\u00e2nd competen\u021be reduse (fa\u021b\u0103 de 28% media UE).<\/p><p>\u00cen ciuda nivelului sc\u0103zut al competen\u021belor digitale, \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul obligatoriu, Rom\u00e2nia aloc\u0103 cel mai mare num\u0103r de ore disciplinei \u201ecompeten\u021be digitale\u201d ca materie obligatorie separat\u0103 \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul liceal. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, Rom\u00e2nia \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 cele mai bune rezultate la dimensiunea Conectivitate, datorit\u0103 utiliz\u0103rii pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 a conexiunilor broadband de foarte mare vitez\u0103 \u0219i disponibilit\u0103\u021bii extinse a re\u021belelor fixe de capacitate foarte mare, \u00een special \u00een mediul urban. Prin urmare, lipsa alfabetiz\u0103rii digitale \u00een Rom\u00e2nia nu este determinat\u0103 de accesul la informa\u021bii sau instrumente, ci de interesul sc\u0103zut \u0219i de preg\u0103tirea insuficient\u0103 a tuturor actorilor implica\u021bi \u00een procesul educa\u021bional.<\/p><p>Mai mult, rezultatele PISA, care reflect\u0103 performan\u021ba sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i \u201ece \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 copilul\u201d, nu arat\u0103 bine pentru Rom\u00e2nia: 44% analfabetism lingvistic, 44% analfabetism numeric, 45% analfabetism \u0219tiin\u021bific \u0219i ultimul loc \u00een Europa la competen\u021be digitale de baz\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor. Aceasta este realitatea \u00een care \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 elevii \u0219i eviden\u021biaz\u0103 necesitatea unei interven\u021bii rapide pentru a corecta principalele domenii de testare: capacitatea de a \u00een\u021belege \u0219i de a opera cu texte \u0219i cifre.<\/p><h2><strong>planificarea<\/strong><\/h2><p>Marea \u0219i <b>\u00eendr\u0103znea\u021ba<\/b> idee a fost s\u0103 aducem \u00een Rom\u00e2nia beneficiile evalu\u0103rii standardizate digitale.<\/p><p>Campania de comunicare a vizat <b>\u00een primul r\u00e2nd <\/b>elevii din clasele I\u2013XII, p\u0103rin\u021bii, cadrele didactice, \u0219colile \u0219i celelalte institu\u021bii implicate \u00een procesul educa\u021bional din \u021bar\u0103. \u00cen acest univers se reg\u0103sesc aproximativ 3 milioane de elevi, 210 mii de profesori \u0219i 7 mii de directori. Institu\u021biile principale abordate au fost Ministerul Educa\u021biei \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii \u0219i Inspectoratele \u0218colare.<\/p><p>Investitorii au fost <b>publicul secundar<\/b> , pentru a asigura sprijin financiar necesar nevoilor extinse generate de eforturile de dezvoltare.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><b>Canale folosite:<\/b> <b>Media:<\/b> print, online, radio, podcasturi, TV<b>; <\/b><b>Canale proprii:<\/b> site web \u0219i social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)<b>; <\/b><b>Canalele sus\u021bin\u0103torilor:<\/b> social media, bloguri<b>; <\/b>\u00cent\u00e2lniri directe cu reprezentan\u021bii autorit\u0103\u021bilor<b>; <\/b><b>Canale pentru investitori:<\/b> media de business, platforme de equity crowdfunding \u0219i evenimente dedicate investitorilor.<\/p><h2><strong>execu\u0163ia<\/strong><\/h2><p>Potrivit lui Anthony Kennada, pentru a crea o nou\u0103 categorie de produs ai nevoie de trei ingrediente: un lider de marketing excentric, un buget considerabil \u0219i o tenacitate ne\u00eenfricat\u0103, sus\u021binut\u0103 de consecven\u021b\u0103.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Brio a reu\u0219it s\u0103 \u00eembine aceste trei ingrediente. Totul a \u00eenceput cu o echip\u0103 de conducere care a promovat public dou\u0103 personalit\u0103\u021bi \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021be: un expert \u2013 <b>Doctor Prof. Drago\u0219 Iliescu<\/b>, unul dintre cele mai importante nume contemporane \u00een testarea educa\u021bional\u0103 la nivel mondial \u2013 \u0219i un profesionist \u00een marketing, pasionat de educa\u021bie \u2013 <b>Gabi <\/b><b>Bartic<\/b><b>. <\/b>Ei au fost liderii \u201enebuni\u201d. Sub conducerea lor, campania era gata s\u0103 porneasc\u0103.<\/p><p>Un astfel de produs are nevoie de ani de cercetare \u00eenainte de a fi preg\u0103tit pentru public. De aceea, \u00een primii ani, Brio a avut nevoie de c\u00e2t mai mul\u021bi investitori vizionari. Aproape 50 de investitori au fost interesa\u021bi, iar suma final\u0103 atins\u0103 a fost de 285.000 de euro. \u00cen 2022, compania a revenit pe pia\u021b\u0103 pentru a doua oar\u0103, dup\u0103 ce \u0219i-a dublat aproape valoarea ini\u021bial\u0103, ajung\u00e2nd la 5,5 milioane de euro (evaluare post-money). Runda a doua a fost condus\u0103 de oamenii de afaceri Horia Manda \u0219i Valentin T\u0103bu\u0219, parteneri \u00een AXXESS Capital, care au investit 550.000 de euro. Celor doi investitori li s-a al\u0103turat o nou\u0103 rund\u0103 pe SeedBlink, de 250.000 de euro.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><b>FAZA <\/b><b>2<\/b><b>: <\/b><b>\u00ceNVA\u021a\u0102<\/b><b> CU BRIO\u00ae<\/b><\/p><p>Banii ob\u021binu\u021bi au fost folosi\u021bi pentru dezvoltarea produsului \u0219i pentru numeroase programe menite s\u0103 sus\u021bin\u0103 comunitatea \u0219i s\u0103 creasc\u0103 gradul de familiarizare al publicului \u021bint\u0103 cu testarea standardizat\u0103 digital\u0103. BRIO a fost lansat prin oferirea de teste de preg\u0103tire gratuite pentru primele examene din pandemie (Bacalaureat \u0219i Evaluarea Na\u021bional\u0103 din 2020), adoptate de peste 20.000 de elevi \u0219i 400 de profesori. Ulterior, s-a format o coali\u021bie (Alian\u021ba pentru Educa\u021bie Remedial\u0103 \u2013 AER) \u00eempreun\u0103 cu alte companii care ofer\u0103 instrumente digitale pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, oferind educa\u021bie remedial\u0103 gratuit\u0103 pentru 4.500 de elevi \u0219i cursuri de educa\u021bie digital\u0103 gratuite pentru 2.500 de profesori din cinci jude\u021be. Mai mult, BRIO a ini\u021biat primele Olimpiade digitale de matematic\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia, Brio Challenge, care au ajuns la patru edi\u021bii \u0219i au \u00eenscris 25.000 de participan\u021bi.<\/p><p>Pentru a genera aceste rezultate, ne-am bazat puternic pe campanii de rela\u021bii cu mass-media, al\u0103turi de proiecte speciale \u00een parteneriat cu diverse tipuri de media \u0219i influenceri.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><b>FAZA <\/b><b>3<\/b><b>: <\/b><b>EDU-DATA DE LA<\/b><b> BRIO\u00ae<\/b><\/p><p>Pentru a eviden\u021bia importan\u021ba \u0219i beneficiile test\u0103rii standardizate, BRIO\u00ae a decis s\u0103 realizeze evalu\u0103ri am\u0103nun\u021bite privind starea na\u021bional\u0103 a diferitelor tipuri de alfabetizare \u00een r\u00e2ndul popula\u021biei \u0219colare din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p><p>Am ales s\u0103 colabor\u0103m cu organiza\u021bii private \u0219i ONG-uri \u0219i am semnat protocoale cu UiPath Foundation (pentru alfabetizare digital\u0103) \u0219i cu BRD Groupe Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, prin programul lor ALFABETAR (pentru alfabetizarea limbii rom\u00e2ne).<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><b>FAZA <\/b><b>4<\/b><b>: <\/b><b>RELA\u021aII CU AUTORIT\u0102\u021aILE<\/b><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">\u00cen septembrie 2021, la Forumul de Securitate a M\u0103rii Negre \u0219i Balcanilor, ministrul Educa\u021biei, Sorin C\u00eempeanu, a declarat c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 platforme dedicate \u0219i sigure pentru a asigura o evaluare corect\u0103 \u0219i de calitate \u00een educa\u021bia online. \u00cen reac\u021bie, Gabi Bartic a publicat un editorial \u00een care a ar\u0103tat <u>c\u0103 aceste platforme exist\u0103 deja \u0219i \u0219i-a exprimat disponibilitatea pentru consult\u0103ri cu ministerul<\/u> \u00een domeniul evalu\u0103rii standardizate.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Am vrut s\u0103 determin\u0103m guvernul s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze \u0219i nu ne-am limitat la o singur\u0103 postare pe Facebook. Am participat la c\u00e2t mai multe consult\u0103ri publice \u0219i am discutat cu reprezentan\u021bi ai Ministerului Educa\u021biei la fiecare eveniment organizat pe tema test\u0103rii standardizate. Consult\u0103rile publice pentru noile Legi ale Educa\u021biei din Rom\u00e2nia au f\u0103cut parte din acest demers, iar <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/gabi.bartic\/posts\/pfbid09DHHdVSWrMc3eLph3cphEWgGQhxe73bzquz3h1rtBFbqrog8E7DmZKnMr7dKwgRDl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gabi Bartic<\/a><\/u> a condus Comitetul de Evaluare. \u00cen plus, am organizat o serie de evenimente \u00een parteneriat cu mass-media pentru a ajunge la factorii deciden\u021bi.<\/p><p>Eforturile noastre au culminat atunci c\u00e2nd, la conferin\u021ba de prezentare a rezultatelor Raportului privind Starea Alfabetiz\u0103rii \u00een \u021aar\u0103, ministrul C\u00eempeanu i-a invitat public pe reprezentan\u021bii Brio s\u0103 contribuie la implementarea primului program pilot de testare standardizat\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia. BRIO s-a al\u0103turat Ministerului Educa\u021biei \u0219i a derulat Programul de Testare Pilot \u00een 526 de \u0219coli din \u00eentreaga \u021bar\u0103, la toate ciclurile (primar, gimnazial \u0219i liceal), cu un total de 280.237 de teste sus\u021binute.<\/p><p>BRIO a utilizat platforma proprie pentru derularea acestui program, iar la final a \u00eentocmit un raport \u0219i a predat toate datele exper\u021bilor din minister. Ca urmare a acestui program pilot, testarea standardizat\u0103 a fost inclus\u0103 \u00een noile Legi ale Educa\u021biei \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 2024.
